All reservations made by you through this website, as well as the provision of the reserved services, are governed exclusively by the Company’s General Terms and Conditions below, as applicable at the time the order is placed.

Description of the Reservation/Payment Process
Morpho Vans sells private transportation services and tours in Costa Rica.
Reservations for our services can be made through our website, by phone or by email. All reservations are confirmed through our website or in writing by email.
The client is responsible for reading and verifying the details of the services booked and by making payment accepts that all details are correct.
Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policies
1. Private Transfers
Reservations & Payment
Private Transfer reservations must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the service.
Peak Season – December 10 and January 10th
- For Private Transfers traveling between December 10 and January 10th of each year, a 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
- Full payment is due by September 30th. Reservations without payment by this deadline are subject to availability.
- Reservations made after October 1st must be paid within 7 days of confirmation, otherwise, they will be placed on a waiting list.
- Reservations made after November 30th must be paid within 24 hours of confirmation, otherwise, they will be placed on a waiting list
Changes
We will make any changes you request until 24 hours before the transfer’s departure time. After that all changes are subject to availability.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made by email to info@morphovans.com or by using the Contact Form on our website.
Refunds
- A 100% refund will be given for all cancellations received in our office more than 24 hours prior to service.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received in our office less than 24 hours prior to the transfer’s departure time
- If your flight is delayed or canceled for any reason, your airport originating transfer will be re-scheduled, free of charge
- Private Transfers between December 10th and January 10th of each year: all cancellations received in our office more than 72 hours prior to the transfer’s departure time will be refunded 100%.
- We recommend all our customers take Trip Cancellation Insurance.
2. Day Tours & Activities
Reservations & Payment
Payment for Day Tours and Activity reservations must be made no later than 7 days prior to the service.
Peak Season – December 10 and January 10th
- For reservations of Day Tours and Activities between December 10 and January 10th of each year, a 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
- Full payment is due by September 30th. Reservations without payment by this deadline are subject to availability.
- Reservations made after October 1st must be paid within 7 days of confirmation, otherwise, they will be placed on a waiting list.
- Reservations made after November 30th must be paid within 24 hours of confirmation, otherwise, they will be placed on a waiting list.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made by email to info@morphovans.com or by using the Contact Form on our website.
Refunds
- A 100% refund will be given for all cancellations received in our office more than 48 hours prior to service.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received in our office less than 48 hours prior to travel.
- There are NO refunds for cancellation of Day Tours and Activities between December 10th and January 10th of each year
- We recommend all our customers take Trip Cancellation Insurance.
- National Park tickets are not refundable.
3. Multi-day Itineraries, Multi-day Van & Driver and Hotel Reservations
Reservations & Payment
- A 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
- Full payment is due 30 days before the starting date of the Multi-day Itinerary.
Peak Season – December 10 and January 10th
- For Multy-day Itineraries traveling between December 10 and January 10th of each year, a 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
- Full payment is due by September 30th.
- Reservations without payment by October 1st are subject to availability.
- Reservations made after October 1st must be paid in full within 7 days of confirmation, otherwise, they will be placed on a waiting list.
- Reservations made after November 30th must be paid in full within 24 hours of confirmation, otherwise, they will be placed on a waiting list.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made by email to info@morphovans.com or by using the Contact Form on our website.
Refunds
- Multi-day itineraries and hotel reservations canceled 30 days prior to the starting date, will be refunded 90% of the total amount of the Itinerary.
- Multi-day itineraries and hotel reservations canceled between 29 and 15 days prior to the starting date, will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the Itinerary.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received in our office less than 15 days prior to the Itinerary start date or once an Itinerary has begun.
- Specific hotels and tours have different cancellation policies. These policies will be included in your online itinerary.
- We recommend all our customers take Trip Cancellation Insurance.
4. Shared Shuttles
Reservations & Payment
- Morpho Vans does not operate shared transportation.
- We make reservations on some shared services such as the Jeep-Boat-Jeep between Arenal and Monteverde.
- Full payment is required to confirm your space on any shared shuttle.

Refunds
- Shared Transfer cancellations received in our office more than 48 hours prior to the shuttle’s departure time, will be refunded 100%.
- No refunds will be issued on cancellations or changes requested less than 48 hours prior to the shuttle’s departure time.
