Temporary ferry schedule to Santa Teresa & Montezuma 2018

The ferry service between Paquera and Puntarenas will NOT OPERATE from November 23rd to December 2nd, 2018, due to maintenance of the ferry boats, and the landing platform in Paquera.

From December 3rd the service will resume opearation, but it will do so with only one of the usual two ferry boats.  We’ll have the following reduced schedule, with only four departures a day, in each direction:

 

It’s not clear when the second ferry boat will go back in service.  We expect it will be operating normally again before the high tourism season that starts in mid-December.

If you are traveling to/from Santa Teresa, Montezuma, Tambor or any other point on the Nicoya Peninsula, please pay attention to this schedule.  We’ll update this page as soon as we know of any changes.

Reliable and comfortable

This was my first experience with Morphovans and it was so easy. I reserved the van online and Francisco, my driver, was waiting for me outside the airport with a sign to welcome me.
