I was in a pinch, missed a flight leaving family stranded. On a holiday weekend and all, Mario got on it and was able to get a van to the airport to meet my family. They are fantastic.

My compliments to Morpho Vans. We traveled from Puerto Caldera to San Jose. There was a festival/parade scheduled for San Jose that pm. Our route avoided any contact with it. Excellent planning!

The driver on the trip from the airport to our destination and back to the airport were different but both were very professional and helpful. They gave us information about the country, very personable, and were happy to stoptoeator have a bathroom break. We had our things stolen from our rental house including a sweatshirt we needed for our plane ride back to the states. Our driver took us to Wal-Mart before our flight. That’s going above and beyond.

Six of our family (including two children under 4 years of age) traveled to Costa Rica for a family vacation which included to excursions. We booked our land transportation through Morphovans. I selected this company because of the one negative review it had among many good ones. I was impressed how the owner, Mario, personally and professionally handled the one negative review. Since we all make mistakes it is the way we respond to that mistake that can set us apart from the others and show a person’s true character.

As for our trip, I dealt with Mario from the inception. He helped me plan two trips based upon our interests, budget and needs. He took a personal interest in our trip and made a number of great suggestions. He promptly sent me links to all attractions. Communication was great all the way through the trip, including schedule reminders. I also spoke with Mario and his wife, Carla, by phone and found them to be both accommodating and patient.

Once in Costa Rica, the drivers were there early. The vehicles were clean and the drivers were professional beyond expectation. They were friendly and conversed well in english. They were eager to point out things of interest. Most importantly, they safely navigated what seemed like very chaotic traffic and roads. The vehicles are equipped with free WiFi!!!!

Morpho Vans is competitively priced and well worth the money. In one instance, the driver worked overtime to take us to a food market without any additional cost.

I feel compelled to write this review, although it is not something I often do, because I was totally impressed with this company. They took the stress out of travel.

Very impressed with Morphovan services! Our flight was delayed, and driver patiently waited for our arrival! My son and his wife had to leave a day earlier….Morphovans were very accommodating, drivers very pleasant!

We felt very comfortable with our drivers. They pointed out local scenery and suggested great restaurants for lunch. Our driver from La Fortuna to San Jose even had wifi in the van which made the husbands very happy.

Our driver was awesome! Very friendly, pointed out a few things on the way to our resort (Dreams Las Mareas) from Liberia airport. He was also helpful to my brother in getting a ride back on his return. I would highly recommend Morpho vans for transportation in the future.

My trip was made easier with morphovans! It was wonderful to have they pick us up at the airport and, later on during the our trip, shuttle us to our next hotel. Our driver was always on time and found a nice stopping place for a break. Definitely would recommend!!!

Absolutely great service–these guys made our trip. No driving worries for us all. We particularly enjoyed being with Rafael and Gilbert–both were fun to hang with and talk. Would definitely use MorphoVans again.

Morpho Vans were great. I was able to arrange transport in advance of my trip. I received reminders a day or so ahead of each van pick up. The drivers were excellent, really courteous and helped me with my Spanish – even though they all spoke English. It was great not to have to hassle with a rental car or figure out public transportation.

Superb service in all ways. Five out of five stars. Met and exceeded expectations.
The only suggestion we have is to use a smaller vehicle (e.g. an SUV) instead of a van for the roads surrounding Monteverde. We felt that the local red Toyota taxis handled the bumpy roads better. Perhaps the vehicle’s suspension is the key factor.
